All of our balcony level rooms have a wonderful view of the Ocean and the Cove. Because we are built into the side of a hill, our guests arrive at our balcony level and walk in with only two steps from their auto. This may be why it is the preferred level of Buildings A & B.

All other rooms on the property require the use of stairways to access; one stairway down to the lawn level rooms (of A & B) which are directly on the harbor; one or two stairways up to the four individual rooms in the 1874 cottage. Even the two "Limited View Queen" rooms in the cottage share the common 1874 deck, which provides a spectacular view of the ocean.
