away from today's date: Certain dates
are now sold out. Please call first to lock availability
before mailing your check.
1.) Please write your Arrival and Departure Dates and
Room
Type Preference on the memo line of your check. If you also include
your email address on the check, you will receive an
E-Confirmation the same day we receive your check.
Otherwise, your confirmation will be mailed to the address
printed on your check.
2.) Send the check (or a U.S. funds money order) to:

All rates are subject to Maine Sales tax.
Rates are
subject to change. (This means that some quotes may be more
than this chart (for example: a Saturday night only, or a
Holiday weekend, or a Friday & Saturday only, or other high
demand dates.)
Rates are
based on double occupancy. Each extra is $40.00
Payment details:
One night deposit to reserve, (2 nights for a 7 night stay).
Take 5% off
for 7 nights. 15% off for 30 nights.
Balance of
payment is due upon arrival – payable by Mastercard, Visa,
or cash. (No personal checks are accepted at check-in.)
Or, pay your
balance by check 2 weeks ahead & take 1% off of your
balance.
14 days written notice is required to cancel or change a
reservation. Cancel fees or reservation change fees are
$20.00.
Sorry, but we
have no rate plan devised yet to guarantee weather or other
situations. So, for that reason, there are no refunds for
inadequate notice or shortened stays unless we sell out your
dates.
Our Complimentary Amenities:
The entire property is NON-SMOKING. (Inside and Outside)
Parking is
directly at the door of the balcony level rooms.
All other
rooms are accessed by the use of stairs. and include
reserved parking on the property.
Continental
Breakfast is included with all reservations. All rooms have
Wireless
Internet, A/C, Cable, Fridge, Phone, Hair dryers, & irons.
Check-in is
3:00-6:00pm Check-out is by 11:00AM.
We have no
pool. Yes, it is very, very peaceful and relaxing here.
