For an arrival date of more than 14 days
away from today's date: Certain dates
are now sold out. Please call first to lock availability
before mailing your check.
1.) Please write your Arrival and Departure Dates and
Room
Type Preference on the memo line of your check. If you also include
your email address on the check, you will receive an
E-Confirmation the same day we receive your check.
Otherwise, your confirmation will be mailed to the address
printed on your check.

APRIL WAY STAY If you provide us with a check for
$50.00 made out to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund when
you book, you may take 30% off of any April
stay of 3 nights or longer.
LATE GATE 30 When making
your reservation, you may reserve a 3:00 pm checkout for
just 30% of the cost of another night. Please remember, you
would need to tell our agent that you want a “Late Gate”
when arranging your reservation.
*SHWEEK 20 Specials* Take $20.00 per night
off your entire reservation if you book five nights
arriving on Sunday (Friday departure) during April, May,
June or October.

All rates are subject to Maine Sales tax.
Rates are
based on double occupancy. Each extra guest is $50.00
Rates are
subject to change. Some rates may be more
than this chart, for example, a Saturday night only, or a
Holiday weekend, or other high demand dates.
One night deposit to reserve by check, E-check, or money
order. 2 nights deposit for a 2-night stay or a 7 night stay.
Balance of
payment is due upon arrival – payable by MasterCard, Visa,
or cash. No personal checks are accepted at check-in.
You pay your
balance by check or E-check 2 weeks ahead & take 1% off of your
balance.
Cancel fees
or change fees are
$39.00 if we receive a
14 day written notice. Without a 14-day notice, one
night may be charged. Sorry, there are no refunds for
inadequate notice or shortened stays unless we sell-out your
dates.
Our Complimentary Amenities:
The entire property is NON-SMOKING. (Inside and Outside)
Parking is
directly at the door of the balcony level rooms.
All other
rooms are accessed by the use of stairs. and include
reserved parking on the property.
Continental
Breakfast is included with all reservations. All rooms have
Wireless
Internet, A/C, Cable, Fridge, Phone, Hair dryers, & irons.
Check-in is
3:00-6:00pm Check-out is by 11:00AM.
We have no
pool. Yes, it is very, very peaceful and relaxing here.
